Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into
the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click
on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro. If you are shopping
from North America or anywhere else outside of the United Kingdom,
place your order and your credit card company will convert the
transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Shipping And Handling
UK Delivery is within normal office hours usually within 2 to
3 working days from receipt of the order, if we receive your order
before 12pm it will be despatched that day. If your order is received
after 12pm, we will despatch the following working day.
Overseas Customers: Should part of your order be out
of stock, we will despatch the items that are available immediately.
At the same time, we will contact you by e-mail to advise you
of the situation. The remaining items can then be placed on back
order, although this will incur an additional postage charge.
Alternatively, they can be removed from the order and then re-ordered
on another occasion.
Pilot will notify you if an item is no longer available and
offer substitute goods where possible. If you do not wish to accept
the substituted goods then you may cancel your order.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock:
We will back order it for you, and send the outstanding goods
as soon as possible.
You will always be contacted with the option to cancel out of
stock items if you would rather not wait.

on a trial basis, so please check compatibility prior to making

will be provided. All products supplied come with a minimum 12
