Dispatch and Tracking:


Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days subject to stock availability.
You will be updated via email when your order has been shipped with your tracking number.


Delivery Methods & Charges:

Pilot only charge per order and not per product ordered

All charges will be made clear BEFORE asking you to finally confirm the payment of your items. If your country of origin is not listed please contact Pilot to see if we can arrange delivery to your destination.

 

Returns Procedures and refunds:

Faulty Goods:
Please return faulty goods to us at:
Pilot Communications, Unit C Ashgrove Ind Park, Heath Place, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 9SL
for repair or replacement within the warranty period.
Exchanges will be provided at our discretion and will be replaced with the same item wherever possible

Unwanted Items:
If you decide the item you have received is unwanted it can be returned within 30 days providing it has NOT been opened or used in any way and is in its original packaging.
Please note: When returning goods to us it is the customers duty to ensure the goods are sent on an insured service. Pilot are not liable for lost parcels when returned to us. No refund can be given unless we receive your returned goods.
